Welcome to LunchITT. By placing an order through our website, WhatsApp, or any other LunchITT platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Nature of Service
LunchITT is a technology and logistics platform that enables customers to order freshly prepared meals from third-party vendors and caterers. While we facilitate order management and delivery, we do not prepare the food ourselves and hence, are not liable for the quality, ingredients, or hygiene of the meals beyond our control.

2. Food Safety & Allergens

All meals are prepared by independent vendor kitchens/caterers, who are solely responsible for the hygiene and food safety practices.

We conduct regular quality and hygiene checks, including temperature checks before dispatch. We reserve the right to reject meals that do not meet our internal temperature or hygiene standards.

However, we cannot be held responsible for any food spoilage or health issues after delivery, as we have no control over how food is stored or consumed at your location.

If you have any known food allergies, you must inform us clearly at the time of placing the order. LunchITT and its vendors are not liable for any allergic reactions caused due to undisclosed allergies.
3. Delivery Concerns

If your meal arrives with spillage, contamination, or any damage, please report the issue within 30 minutes of delivery by calling us at 📞 8688658624 or emailing support@lunchitt.com.

No complaints will be accepted after 30 minutes from the delivery time.

Upon valid and timely complaint, we will provide an appropriate resolution which may include a replacement or partial/full refund, at our discretion.
4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be requested before the cut-off time (usually 6:00 PM for next-day orders).

Cancellation requests should be sent to support@lunchitt.com.

If a legitimate cancellation is made before the cut-off time, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method.

Please note: Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank or wallet, depending on your payment provider.

No cancellations or refunds are possible after the cut-off time, as the meals would have already entered the preparation stage.
5. Limitation of Liability
LunchITT, being a logistics and tech platform, disclaims all liability arising from the quality, hygiene, ingredients, or safety of the meals provided by third-party vendors. Any complaints related to food taste, freshness, or health impacts must be directed to the vendor, though we will assist where possible.
